"Myths Exposed" - Identifying good and bad advice when it comes to nutrition.
Tuesday 8th March, 7pm

Picture
What to eat?, how to eat?, when to eat?, what is ok to eat?
All very important questions that surround a topic that is very confusing! Nutrition, other than exercise is one of the most important elements when looking after your health, eating for energy, eating for recovery or just eating to live!

.

Picture

Juliana a dietician and expert on the subject will take us through some of the most common myths surrounding food and health. We will be discussing such topics as protein shakes, oils, diet sodas and alcohol. Not only will she be giving us some sound advise and knowledge, she will be encouraging questions and discussions on this subject. So please start thinking and taking note now on some of those questions that have been plaguing you since the beginning of time and get ready!

'WE ALL SHOUT' Honest Feedback Session
Thursday, 10th February, 2pm

Picture
One of our CO-WORKA's Nathan Parrott
& his business partner have finished development on their site 'WE ALL SHOUT' and are looking for businesses to give
them honest feedback on their idea.

In exchange for your honest feedback they will give you all free shouts
(free advertising) to promote your business.

They are giving a short presentation on Thursday 10th, 2pm from CO-WORKA.
The presentation will only take 5 or 10 minutes then with answering questions
I'd say it would take 30 mins all up.

SO WHAT IS 'WE ALL SHOUT'?
As small business owners a key problem for us is sharing our information to as
large an audience as possible. Twitter and Facebook help in this regard but our
own network sizes are rather limited. We All Shout allows your close friends and
family to help your business by sharing their social networks. So when you have
a message you want to spread it not only appears on your social networks but
those of your friends and family as well.
They help "Shout" your message to a much larger audience than you could
possibly reach on your own.
We All Shout already has a network of 46,144 people!
